As part of a Body Corporate division, I specialised in residential body corporates, resident societies and multi-unit complexes where analysis of market trends and fostering client relationships were key to successful outcomes. A strong background in accounting, administration and property, enabled me to navigate my clients through various challenges. A passion for the overall property sector led me to another prominent Auckland real estate company where I faced new challenges and opportunities. Always looking for favourable results and providing invaluable insights for clients, I honed my critical thinking and negotiation skills.
